Zola is the founder and executive director of Jade Capital Partners. She was previously a director in the Real Estate Finance Division of Standard Bank, where she was also a member of the Executive Committee and the Deal Approval Committee. Her role included the management of key client portfolios. Prior to this, she was an Investment Banker at Standard Bank and a Corporate Finance Consultant at Investec Bank Limited. Zola serves as a non-executive director on the board of Hospitality Property Fund and Sasol Inzalo and is the chairman of the Sasol Inzalo audit committee. She was the 2014 Chairperson of the Women’s Property Network (WPN) (Gauteng). Zola is the recipient of the 2015 WPN Entrepreneur of the Year Award.

Bukelwa is the founder and executive director of Jade Capital Partners. She has over 12 years of Investment Banking and Private Equity experience at Investec Bank Limited. Bukelwa has served as a non-executive director on the boards of Kumnandi Food company (Pty) Ltd, Anglo V3 Crane Hire (Pty) Ltd, Protea Hospitality Holdings (Pty) Ltd and The Business Place (eQonce), among others. She has also represented Investec Bank Limited as an observer on the boards of Kensani Corrections (Pty) Ltd, African Revival Investment Holdings (Pty) Ltd and Shanduka Group (Pty) Ltd. She is currently a non-executive director on the boards of Unispan Holdings (Pty) Ltd, Nectcare Limited, Capital Appreciation and Franki Geotechnical.

Basani has 10 years of corporate finance and private banking experience at FirstRand Bank and Transcend Capital. She is a specialist in advising, structuring and implementing BEE transactions. She served her law articles at Edward Nathan and Friedland (now Edward Nathan Sonnenbergs) and is an admitted attorney of the high court of South Africa. She is a fellow of the African Leadership Imitative and the Aspen Global Leadership Network. She serves as a non-executive director of African Bank Limited and as chairman of the remuneration committee. She also serves as a non-executive director of Balwin Properties Limited and is chairman of the social and ethics committee.
